Service Contract Between Elite Style & Store LLC and Client 

1. Scope of Work & Services Elite Style & Store LLC as the "Agency" agrees to provide digital services as discussed and agreed upon via prior communication (email/consultation). The exact deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements will be executed as per the final agreed project scope.

2. Payment Terms

• Upfront Payment: The Client agrees to pay the required upfront deposit (as stated in the custom invoice) before any project work begins.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance shall be paid upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Method: Payments shall be made via the secure invoice link provided by the Agency.

3. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide all necessary access (e.g., hosting credentials, platform logins, brand assets) and timely feedback required for the Agency to perform its duties. Delays caused by the Client may extend the project timeline.

4. Revisions & Approvals The Agency will provide revisions as per the specific service package purchased. Any major design or structural changes requested after final approval may incur additional charges.

5. Confidentiality & Security Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, proprietary methods, and login credentials shared during the course of this project.

6. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice if the other party breaches any material term. In such an event, the Client shall pay for all services completed up to the date of termination.

7. Liability Disclaimer While the Agency employs industry-best practices for SEO, marketing, and e-commerce growth, we do not guarantee specific monetary returns or third-party platform approvals (e.g., Walmart, Amazon seller accounts) as these are subject to external algorithms and policies beyond our control.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy Elite Style & Store LLC offers refunds strictly under limited, specific conditions to ensure a fair business relationship.

• Eligible for Refund: A full or partial refund may be issued if the Client cancels the agreement before any project work has officially commenced, or if the Agency entirely fails to deliver the agreed-upon core services due to our own technical fault.

• Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for a 'change of mind' after the work has officially started. Furthermore, payments are strictly non-refundable for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required assets/information, or for account rejections/suspensions by third-party platforms (such as Walmart, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or eBay), as their internal approval algorithms are beyond our control.

By electronically signing below, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Master Service Agreement.
