Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay the agreed-upon upfront deposit before any project commences. All final payments must be cleared upon project completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer refunds strictly under limited, specific conditions to ensure a fair business relationship:
Eligible for Refund: A full or partial refund may be issued if the Client cancels the agreement before any project work has officially commenced, or if the Agency entirely fails to deliver the agreed-upon core services due to our own technical fault.
Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for a 'change of mind' after the work has officially started. Furthermore, payments are strictly non-refundable for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required assets/information, or for account rejections/suspensions by third-party platforms (such as Walmart, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or eBay), as their internal approval algorithms are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
While we employ industry-best practices, Elite Style & Store LLC does not guarantee specific financial returns, sales volume, or guaranteed approvals from third-party marketplaces. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
