GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

This General Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) represents the legally binding terms and conditions between Elite Style & Store (“Service Provider”, “We”, “Us”) and the individual or entity engaging our services (“Client”, “You”). By purchasing our services, submitting a payment, or digitally signing this document, you fully agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Work Elite Style & Store agrees to provide professional services as selected and purchased by the Client. The specific details, deliverables, and scope of the project are dictated by the service package purchased or the official invoice provided. Any requests outside the original agreed-upon scope will require a separate agreement and additional charges.

2. Payment Terms All services require an upfront payment before any project work commences. If the project is divided into milestones, the final files, deliverables, or account handovers will strictly not be released until the remaining balance is paid in full.

3. Client Responsibilities To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to provide all necessary assets, login credentials, feedback, and information required for the project in a prompt manner. Elite Style & Store is not responsible for project delays caused by the Client’s failure to respond or provide necessary resources.

4. Revisions and Modifications Unless otherwise specified in a custom package, our standard services include up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions. Revisions must fall strictly within the original scope of work. A complete change in direction, concept, or additional revision rounds will be billed as a new project or at an additional rate.

5. REFUND POLICY Due to the digital nature of our professional services, all sales are final and we operate under a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced. Full refunds are only applicable if a cancellation is requested before any project setup or resource allocation begins. No refunds will be issued for mid-project cancellations, completed deliverables, or projects abandoned by the client.

6. Timelines and Delays We strive to meet all estimated delivery dates. However, project timelines are estimates and are directly contingent upon the Client providing timely feedback and required materials.

7. Intellectual Property Rights Upon final and complete payment, the Client will receive full ownership and rights to the final completed deliverables. Elite Style & Store reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials to demonstrate our expertise.

8. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Elite Style & Store be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions arising out of the use or inability to use our delivered services.
